We pack and ship all orders from our HQ in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Most items ship within 3–5 business days, but small-batch and limited products may take a little longer, especially during high demand or product launches. If there’s ever a significant delay, we’ll let you know.
All shipments go out via USPS or UPS with tracking included. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order hits the road.

$4.95 flat rate anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
$9.95 flat rate to Alaska and Hawaii
We also ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) — same flat rate applies.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
large orders & weight-based fees
Orders that require unusually large or heavy packaging may be subject to an additional shipping fee based on weight. If that happens, we’ll reach out before fulfillment to confirm any extra cost. (It’s rare, but we like to be upfront.)
retailers & wholesale
The above rates do not apply to retailer or wholesale orders. If you’re a store interested in carrying our products, get in touch and we’ll send you shipping info tailored to bulk orders.
delivery delays + lost packages
We’re not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs, or other chaos once your package leaves our hands, but if your order disappears into the void, don’t panic. Email us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We’re a small business, not a faceless megacorp, so we appreciate the chance to make things right before it gets escalated.
If there’s an issue with your order, damaged materials, or a billing concern, please contact us first. We respond quickly and can usually resolve things without hassle.
Unauthorized chargebacks hurt small businesses. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to contest it and provide proof of delivery and order details to the payment processor.

When you make a purchase or sign up for our mailing list, we collect only the info needed to process your order and keep you in the loop. That includes your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (which are handled securely by our payment processor, we never see your full card number).
